Prices and payment
Use the payment method that suits you the best. At checkout you choose how you want to pay your goods. Each item is listed with price including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment.
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal and replacement when shopping online. This means that you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your package. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret the purchase. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us of your will to undo your order.When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as a customer pay the shipping cost for sending your items back to us. On the amount to be refunded, Prominens AB has the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease of value of the goods, to the extent that such decrease of value is because you as a customer have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item.
Guarantees and service
If the items you purchased from us are defective, Prominens AB applies consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transport, inform Prominens AB as soon as possible.
The guarantee does not apply in cases where:
- There has been an accident after the goods have been delivered
- The buyer has neglected the product or used it abnormally
- The buyer has not followed the specified maintenance and service instructions.
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. You have the right under the Personal Data Act to obtain the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information is corrected or removed. In that case, please contact us via email.
Estimated delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at each item.
Not picked up packages
Not picked up goods are returned to us. For all not picked up packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping cost, expedition fee and handling fee, currently 300: –
Prominens AB reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment claims to third parties, including payment parts in connection with the delivery of the goods.
Holders of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on prominens.se belong to Prominens Sweden AB. Any use of prominens.se or its contents, including copying or storage of such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from Prominens Sweden AB.
